Terms of Service

Visora is an AI-assisted video editing tool. The user uploads video content they own (for example, the recording of their own live stream or broadcast) and the system analyzes that content to automatically identify and generate short clips, with a suggested title, description and tags, ready to publish on social media.

Visora does not generate synthetic content, and does not create artificial images, voices or videos — it only analyzes and trims existing video content that the user uploads to the platform.

2.1. The user represents and warrants that:

• They own the copyright to the content they upload to Visora, or hold the corresponding authorization, license or permission to upload it, process it and distribute the resulting clips.
• The use they make of the processed content (including publishing it on social media) does not infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights or any other third-party right.

2.2. Visora acts exclusively as a technical processing tool. Legal responsibility for the content uploaded, processed and distributed through the Service lies exclusively with the user who uploads it. Visora does not review, edit or approve uploaded content beyond the automated technical processing described in these Terms.

2.3. It is expressly forbidden to use Visora to process, generate clips from, or distribute content over which the user does not hold the corresponding rights, including but not limited to broadcasts, streams, videos or recordings belonging to third parties without their authorization.

If a third party believes that content processed through Visora infringes their copyright, they may notify us at visorapp.online@gmail.com. Upon a valid notification, Visora may suspend access to the content in question and, where appropriate, the account of the user involved, while the claim is resolved.

The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in their account. Visora reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms.

Current prices, plans and billing conditions are detailed on the Service's pricing page. Payments are processed by an external payment provider (Merchant of Record) acting as the authorized reseller of Visora before card networks and payment methods.

Visora is provided “as is”. While we work to keep the Service available and running correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not responsible for outages beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visora will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including — without limitation — third-party claims originating in content uploaded by the user.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update implies acceptance of the new Terms.
